1.What is the VRS rules for NPS holder?
2.How many years minimum qualification service required for NPS premature withdrawal or VRS without any obstruction?
3.With VRS or NPS Premature withdrawal am I eligible for leave encashment and gratuity benefits?

Yes you are correct in removing weight age of additional service limited to five. But as you said the full qualifying service of 20 years, means, without any break in service & if E.O.L without M.C. (loss of pay) will be deducted in service.
