Subject: Exemption of Tuition fee for third child – reg.

Sir,
I am directed to refer to your letter No. F. 16252/Accts/KV-47/2014-15/8134 dated 28.10.2014 wherein you have forwarded the representations of Sh. Radhey Shyam and Sh. Tilak Raj, Sub-staff, Kendriya Vidyalaya, sector-47, Chandigarh seeking clarification for grant of exemption of tuition fee for their third child in respect of KVS employee.

In this regard it is stated that the matter regarding the grant of fee exemption to the third child of the Govt. Servant who is not getting CEA reimbursement for the third child has been examined at length and it is now clarified that fee exemption may be granted to such eligible candidate for whom his/her parents are not getting any CEA reimbursement for the said third child out of CEA Scheme.
