I am directed to refer to this Departments letter of even number dated 18.6.2012 on the above subject and to say that the post of Director (Auction) at Bengaluru in the Tobacco Board, under the Department of Commerce is a non-Central Staffing Scheme post in terms of Para 1.2.5 of the Consolidated Deputation Guidelines issued vide DOP&T O.M. No. 14017/33/2005-AIS(II)(Pt.1 dated 28.11.2007 and DOP&T O.M. No. 14017/2/2007-Estt.(RR) dated 29.2.2008.
