OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Early Closure of Offices in connection with Republic Day Parade/ Beating Retreat Ceremony/ At Home Function during January, 2023 – regarding.

In connection with arrangements for the Republic Day Parade/ Beating Retreat Ceremony/ At Home Function, 2023, the following has been decided:

• i. For full dress rehearsal on 23.01.2023, the Government offices located in the buildings at Annexure-A, shall be closed at 1830 hours on 22.01.2023, and such closure will continue till 1300 hours on 23.01.2023 to facilitate anti-sabotage checks.
• ii. The Government offices located in the buildings, indicated at Annexure-A, shall remain closed fom 1300 hours, onward on 25.01.2023 for Republic Day Parade. The exercise/arrangement will continue till 1300 hours on 26.01.2023.
• iii. The buildings, as indicated at Annexure-B, will be sealed for ‘At Home Function’ on 26.01.2023 and snail remain closed on that date till 1930 hours.
• iv. The buildings indicated at Annexure-D, shall remain closed on 28.01.2023 from 1600 hours to 1930 hours for a special show of Beating Retreat Ceremony.
• v. The buildings indicated at Annexure-C shall be closed at 1200 noon for thorough anti-sabotage check on 29.01.2023, which will continue till 1930 hours of the same date.

2. The above arrangements may please be brought to the notice of all concerned.

Subject: Early Closure of Offices in connection with Republic Day Parade and Beating Retreat Ceremony during January 2021 – regarding.

In connection with arrangements for the Republic Day/ At Home Function/ Beating Retreat Ceremony, 2021, it has been decided that the Government offices located in the buildings indicated in Annexure-A would be closed from 1300 hours on 25.01.2021 to 1300 hours on 26.01.2021. These buildings would also be closed at 1830 hours on 22.01.2021 and will reopen at 1300 hours on 23.01.2021 for the full dress rehearsal.

2. The buildings indicated in Annexure-B would be closed on 26.01.2021 till 1930 hours for ‘At Home Function’, The buildings indicated in Annexure-C would be closed at 1200 noon on 29.01.2021 till 1930 hours on 29.01.2021. The buildings indicated in Annexure-D would be closed on 28.01.2021 from 1600 hours till 1930 hours for the full dress rehearsal for the Beating Retreat Ceremony.

In connection with arrangements for the Republic Day/ At Home Function / Beating Retreat Ceremony, 2020, it has been decided that the Government offices located in tile buildings indicated in Annexure-A would be closed from 1300 hours on 25.01.2020 to 13 00 hours on 26.0 1.2020. These buildings would also be closed at 1830 hours on 22.01.2020 and will reopen at 1300 hours on 23.0 1.2020 for the full dress rehearsal.

2. The buildings indicated in Annexure -B would be closed on 26.0 1.2020 till 1930 hours for ‘At Home Function’. The buildings indicated in Annexure-C would be closed at 1200 noon on 29.01.2020 till 1930 hours on 29.01.2020. The buildings indicated in Annexure-D would be closed on 28.01.2020 from 1600 hours till 1930 hours for the full dress rehearsal for Beating Retreat Ceremony.

3. The above arrangements may please be brought to the notice of all cancelled.
