<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Sub: Filling up the vacancies of Station Master through General Selection and Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE).</h3>



<p>Attention is invited to instructions contained in Board’s RBE No.22/2018 which stipulates the mode of filling up the vacancies in the category of Station Master in Level-6.</p>



<p>2. It has been noticed that there are a large number of vacancies in the category of Station Masters in Level-6, which is adversely affecting train operations.</p>



<p>3. It is desired that Railways may take urgent necessary action for filling up the vacancies of Station Masters by all prescribed modes as stipulated in RBE No. 22/2018 ibid, and GDCE.</p>
