<p><strong>No. A-12(11)10/2015-Estt. I</strong>. &#8211; In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 97 read with clause(xxi) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (2A) of that section and sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation hereby makes, with the approval of the Central Government and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, the following regulations regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Staff Car Driver (Special Grade) in the Employees State Insurance Corporation, namely:</p>



<p><strong>1. Short title and commencement.</strong> &#8211; (1) These regulations may be called the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation Staff Car Driver (Special Grade) Recruitment Regulations, 2020.</p>



<p>(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.</p>



<p><strong>2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.</strong> &#8211; The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.</p>



<p><strong>3. The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.</strong> &#8211; The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.</p>



<p><strong>4. Disqualification.</strong> No person, &#8211; (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living; or(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:</p>



<p>Provided that the Director General of the Employees State Insurance Corporation may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this regulation.</p>



<p><strong>5. Power to relax.</strong> Where the Director General of the Employees State Insurance Corporation is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, he may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and with the prior approval of the Central Government and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these regulations, with respect to any class or category of persons.</p>

Savings.</strong> Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time, in this regard:</p>

I.</strong> In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 97 read with clause(xxi) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (2A) of that section and sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) and in supersession of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (Lower Division Clerk, Adrema Operator, Telephone Operator and Computer) Recruitment Regulations, 2011, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation hereby makes, with the approval of the Central Government, the following regulations regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Lower Division Clerk in the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, namely:</p>



<p><strong>1. Short title and commencement.</strong>&#8211; (1) These regulations may be called the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Lower Division Clerk (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Regulations, 2020.</p>



<p>(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.</p>



<p><strong>2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.</strong> The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.</p>



<p><strong>3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.</strong> The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.</p>

<p>Subject: <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Filling up one post of Staff Car Driver in the <a href="http://centralgovernmentnews.com/?s=PFRDA" target="_blank">PFRDA </a>on direct recruitment</strong></span></p>
<p>The PFRDA proposes to fill up one post of Staff Car Driver in the pay scale of Rs.6350-220(4)- 7230- 260(3)- 8010- 300(3)- 8910- 400(2)- 9710- 500(4)- 11710- 680(3)- 13750 (20years). Suitable candidates may apply for the same in the ‘<em><strong>proforma</strong></em>’ enclosed. The eligibility for consideration of application is as under:-</p>
<p><strong>(1) Qualification required :</strong></p>
<blockquote><p>i. 8th Standard pass from recognized school<br />
ii. Possession of valid driving license for motorcar<br />
iii. Knowledge of motor mechanism<br />
iv. Experience of driving a motor car for at least 3 years</p></blockquote>
<p><strong>(2) Age Limit :</strong> From 18 to 33 years (as on 01.07.2013)<br />
<strong>(3) Period of Probation :</strong>  if any Two years</p>
<p><strong>2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:</strong></p>
<blockquote><p>i. The applications along with the particulars of candidates giving full information of<br />
qualifications and experience etc. may reach the undersigned up to 4th July 2013.<br />
Applications should by accompanied by attested copies of certificates in support of age, qualifications &amp; experience, Caste/Tribe/Community as applicable.</p>
<p>ii. Applications which are incomplete or received after the prescribed date will not be considered. The Authority takes no responsibility for any delay in receipt of application or loss thereof in postal transit.</p>
<p>iii. Mode of Selection will be Driving skill/knowledge Test and Interview. The Authority reserves the right to modify the selection procedure, if deemed fit.<br />
iv. The Authority reserves the right to relax any of the eligibility criteria in deserving cases.</p>
<p>v. The Authority reserves the right to cancel the vacancy circular on any grounds.</p>
<p>vi. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.</p>
<p>vii. If the candidates are not eligible or have knowingly or willfully furnished incorrect or false particulars or suppressed material information, their candidature will be liable to be cancelled at any stage of the selection. If the candidate qualifies in the selection process and subsequently it is found that he/she does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled, without prejudice to any other action which Authority may deem fit to take.</p>
