सक्षम अधिकारी ने शैक्षिक सत्र 2022-23 के लिए केन्द्रीय विद्यालयों में ग्रीष्मकालीन तथा शरद/ शीतकालीन अवकाश (Vacation & Breaks) हैतु निम्नलिखित अनुसूची का निर्णय लिया है:-

(क) गर्मी वाले स्थान:-

(1) क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय:- आगरा, चंडीगढ़, देहरादून, दिल्‍ली, गुरूग्राम, गुवाहाटी, जयपुर, जम्मू एंड कश्मीर, कोलकाता, लखनऊ, पटना, रांची, सिलचर, तिनसुकिया व वाराणसी।

(2) क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय: अहमदाबाद, बेंगलुरु, चेन्नई, हैदराबाद, जबलपुर, मुंबई, रायपुर, भुवनेश्वर, भोपाल एवं एर्णाकुलम।

(ख) सर्दी वाले स्थान (देहरादून संभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले सर्दी वाले स्थान के केन्द्रीय विद्यालयों को छोड़कर):

(ग) देहरादून संभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले सर्दी वाले स्थान के केन्द्रीय विद्यालय:

(घ)अधिक सर्दी वाले स्‍थान

(1) लेह, कारगिल व नुब्रा (लद्दाख) स्थित केन्द्रीय विद्यालय।

2) केन्‍द्रीय विद्यालय, तवांग।

(3) केन्‍द्रीय विद्यालय, डलहौजी।

(4) केन्‍द्रीय विद्यालय, काठमांडू।

Note:

• A. Both dates (days) are inclusive.
• B. If the day of opening/day before closing Vidyalaya is a holiday or declared a holiday by govt. the same will be included in Vacation & Break
• C. Teachers/Employees whose services are needed for CBSE Board Examinations Class-X & XII-2022 & Evaluation work as per direction of CBSE will be retained by the Principal of the KV.
• D. Proportionate leave (EL/CCL) as per rule will be given for the period of stay at the station for CBSE Examination & Evaluation.
• E. Principals are instructed to adhere the above instructions and take necessary action for granting leave entitled to the Teachers/Employees who will perform their duties for CBSE Board Examination & Evaluation during the summer vacation.

Office Memorandum

Refer to this office memorandum No.110334/1/2021-22 /KVS(HQ)/Acad. /7076-7112/dated 05/06-01-2021 vide which vacation and breaks for the academic session 2021-22 were circulated. In the light of forthcoming Board examination of class -X & XII w.e.f. 4th May to 11 June 2021 and requirement of teachers for invigilation and evaluation work, the already announced vacation /breaks were kept in abeyance. Now in continuation of this office memorandum dated 05/06-01-2021, it is informed that the vacation & breaks during 2021-22 in Kendriya Vidyalayas will be regulated as under:- :

1. Vacation/ Breaks as per Office memorandum issued on 06-01-2021 remain unchanged.
2. All teachers in the designated CBSE Examination Centers will be present in school from 4th May to 2nd June 2021. For this period, in respect of the days coinciding with the summer vacation schedule, credit of leave/s shall be done as per rules.

Further, CBSE is also likely to announce list of teachers for evaluation work in due course of time. Accordingly, all the teachers who are appointed as evaluators would: stay in the station and be available for the evaluation work.

For the examinations scheduled after 2nd June’ 2021, Principals may allot duty to local teachers as per requirement.
