Subject : Modification of pay-slip of Industrial employees under OFB- regarding.

Reference : This office earlier circular no dated 25/09/2017 and further 16/10/2017.

Consequent on implementation of 7th CPC OFB had invited proposal from all SGMs/GMs as well as PCA (Fys) on modifications of pay-slips of IEs in OFB. On receiving feedback from different Gp controllers, the suggestions were forwarded to Wage Package Team, Ishapore for incorporation in the Wage Package. The updated format of wage package has been accepted by OFB and some further modifications for incorporation of Aadhaar No, Bank Account No, Date of Retirement (copy enclosed) has now been sought in the Wage Package by OFB.

It is therefore, requested to kindly look into it and offer your valuable suggestions/proposals in consultation with Br. Accounts Offices under your jurisdiction for onward submission to OFB.

Kindly refer PCDA (Pension) Allahabad letter under reference on the subject. The details are available on PCDA (P), Allahabad Official website www.pcdapension.nic.in.

2. The PCDA (P), Allahabad, based on Go! Orders, has asked to furnish Aadhar No. Mobile No., PAN no. & Email-id of pensioner/family pensioner or spouse in the LPC-cum-Data sheet, all the pensioner/family pensioners who retired from this Office may kindly forward the details in the proforma annexed.

Fixation carried out as per CGDA New Delhi letter No.Admin 14/14162/6th CPC/Corr/Urgent-XVII dated 19-02-2014 regarding rounding off the amount of increment to next multiple of 10 for the year 2006, 2007 & 2008.

A copy of MoD ID No.50(16)/2012-D(Estt/NG) dated 10-03-2017 received through OFB letter No.525/)A-80/05/Per/Policy dated 14/03/2017 regarding payment of OT at double rate to Cook, Mali, Dhobi, Masalchi, Barber etc. working in OF Dispensaries/Hospital in line with para medical staff working in Dispensaries/OF Hospitals inside or outside of factory premises is forwarded herewith for information and necessary action please.

Subject: Government Notification of 7th Central Pay  Commission Recommendations Fixation of pay/arrears.

Ref: (i) This office circular of even No. dated 11 Aug, 2016.

Please refer to this office Part I office order No. AT/02 circulated vide No. Pay/Tech 01 /7th CPC I dated 11.08.2016 through which a copy of CGDA New Delhi No. AT/II/2701/0rders dated 10 Aug, 2016 has been forwarded for necessary action.

2. It has been stated therein to ensure completion of post audit of fixation of pay/arrear claims within 3 months and the work relating to post audit should be monitored at PCsDA/CsDA level by instituting suitable reporting system for watching the progress of work. A Monthly Report in this regard in a format prescribed therein is required to be furnished to Headquarters office so as to reach by 15th of every month. The first report showing the position as on 31.08.2016 was due to reach HQrs office by 15th Sep, 2016. Kindly confirm its timely submission to HQrs office. Also please forward a copy of the said report to this office for our record & reference.

3. Please ensure submission of the report for the subsequent months within scheduled date with a copy endorsed to this office.
