With reference to Govt. of India Ministry of Defence letter No.22A(10)/2010/US(WE)/ D(Res)- Vol-V dated 10th July 2014 on the subject, I am directed to convey sanction of the Competent to the following amendments:

(i) Director Regional Centre ECHS – Upto Rs.3,00,000/-
(ii) Dy MD, ECHS – Upto Rs.5,00,000/-
(iii) MD, ECHS – Upto Rs.10,00,000/-
(iv) Joint Secretary, ESW – Upto Rs.25,00,000/-
(v) Secretary ESW – Above Rs.25,00,000/-

Read

(i) Director Regional Centre ECHS – Upto Rs.4,00,000/-
(ii) Dy MD, ECHS – Upto Rs.8,00,000/-
(iii) MD, ECHS – Upto Rs.15,00,000/-
(iv) Joint Secretary, ESW – Upto Rs.40,00,000/-

The powers delegated within the Ministry (bill above Rs.15 lakhs) will be exercised inconsultation with MoD (Finance/Pension).
