<p><strong>Instructions on exemption from passing the Typewriting Test in respect of Lower Division Clerk (LDCs) who do not belong to Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS)</strong></p>



<p>Note:-</p>



<p>(i) This document is a compilation of all relevant instructions on the subject of “Exemption from passing the Typewriting Test in respect of LDCs who do not belong to Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS)” and therefore is intended to serve as the guide without the need, for anyone to refer to old OMs issued from time to time. The list of such OMs is given in Appendix to this document. In case any reference to the relevant OM is required, the same may be accessed from Archive Section of DOPT’s Website.</p>



<p>(ii) While due care has been taken to compile this document, however, if any omissions or correction are noticed, the same may be brought to the notice of the Department of Personnel &amp; Training.</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>The following paragraphs indicate the criteria for grant of exemption from passing the Typewriting Test in respect of LDCs who do not belong to Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) under the Central Government: </li>
</ol>



<p><strong>(i) To whom applicable :<br /></strong>Instructions for Exemption from passing the Typewriting Test is applicable to Persons appointed as LDCs to posts which do not belong to CSCS whether such appointment is by promotion from erstwhile Group ‘D’ or by direct recruitment through SSC or other-wise or by any other method including appointment on compassionate grounds or on ad-hoc basis.</p>



<p class="has-text-align-right">[Para 2 (1) of DOPT O.M. No. 14020/2/91-Estt.D dated 29.09.1992]</p>



<p><strong>(ii) when exemption may be allowed<br /></strong>(a) If above 45 years of age on the date of their appointment, such persons may be granted exemption from the date of their appointment.</p>



<p>(b) If between the age of 35 years and 45 years at the time of their appointment, such persons may be granted exemption on attaining the age of 45 years.</p>



<p>(c) If below 35 years of age on the date of appointment, such persons may be given exemption after 10 years of service as LDC provided they have made main two genuine attempts to pass the typing test; otherwise they may be granted exemption after attaining the age of 45 years.</p>



<p>(d) Those LDCE who have made two genuine attempts for passing the typing test prior to the issue of O.M. dated 29.9.1992 but have not completed 8 years service as LDC, may be granted exemption from passing the typing test for completion of 8 years of service or on attaining the of 45 years whichever is earlier.</p>

<p><strong>(iii) Typing Test<br /></strong>(a) The Typing test for the purpose of, these orders will be the typing test conducted by the SSC.</p>



<p>(b) The Certificate in typewriting issued under the Hindi Teaching scheme will be treated as equivalent to the Certificate issued by the SSC for the purpose of those Orders.</p>

<p><strong>(iv) Genuine Attempt<br /></strong>The ‘genuine attempt’ referred to above would be determined by the Head of the Department in consultation with the SSC keeping in view that mere appearance in the test or a perfunctory attempt would not constitute a genuine attempt.</p>

<p><strong>(v) Service as LDC<br /></strong>For the purpose of computing service as LDC</p>



<p>(a) Broken periods of service, if any, as LDC on a regular scale of pay may also be taken into account.</p>



<p>(b) Continuous combatant clerical service will also be reckoned in the case of ex-servicemen appointed as LDC.</p>



<p class="has-text-align-right">[Para 2 (5) of DOPT O.M. No. 14020/2/91 -Estt.D dated 29.09.1992]</p>



<p><strong>(vi) Release of increments<br /></strong>(a) On such exemption being granted, the increments of affected persons may be released from the date from which such exemption is granted to them without any arrears for the period prior to the date of exemption, subject to the retention of normal annual date of increment.</p>



<p>(b) On their passing the typing test, the increments may be released from the date of the test without any arrears for the period prior to the date of the Test subject to retention of the normal annual date of increment.</p>



<p class="has-text-align-right">[Para 2 (6) of DOPT O.M. No. 14020/2/91-Estt.D dated 29.09.1992]</p>



<p><strong>(vii) Eligibility for regularisation/ confirmation<br /></strong>They would also be eligible for regularisation/ confirmation in LDC Grade from a date not earlier than the date of exemption or the date of the test at which they passed the typing test, as the case may be.</p>



<p class="has-text-align-right">[Para 2 (7) of DOPT O.M. No. 14020/2/91 -Estt.D dated 29.09.1992]</p>



<p><strong>(viii) Physically Handicapped:<br /></strong>(a) Physically handicapped persons (now Persons with Disabilities) who are otherwise qualified to hold clerical post and who are certified as being unable to type by the Medical Board attached to Special Employment Exchanges for the Handicapped (or by a Civil Surgeon where there is no such Board) may be exempted from passing the typing test.</p>



<p>(b) The term physically handicapped persons’ does not cover those who are visually handicapped or who are hearing handicapped but covers only those whose physically disability permanently prevents them from typing.</p>



<p class="has-text-align-right">[Para 2 (8) of DOPT O.M. No. 14020/2/91-Estt.D dated 29.09.1992] and<br />[Para 2 (ii) of DOPT O.M. No. 14020/1/2014-Estt.D dated 22.04.2015]</p>



<p><strong>(ix) Surplus Employees :<br /></strong>In respect of Surplus employees redeployed as LDCs the provision for stoppage of increment for not passing the typing test may be enforced from the date of next but one increment after re-deployment.</p>



<p class="has-text-align-right">[Para 2 (9) of DOPT O.M. No. 14020/2/91 -Estt.D dated 29.09.1992]</p>



<p>(x) It is clarified that persons appointed as LDCs to posts which do not belong to CSCS can be considered for promotion only after they have passed the typing test or they have been exempted in accordance with the prescribed procedure from passing it and any such promotion will have prospective effect. If the Recruitment Rules for the post of UDC do not contain such a provision necessary action may be taken to amend the recruitment Rules to incorporate a suitable provision in this regard.</p>

<p>(xi) It is clarified that the above mentioned criteria for grant of exemption from passing the typing test in respect of such LDCs including Physically Handicapped persons/Persons with Disabilities would also be applicable to the test on computers.</p>

<p>(xii) Above Instructions are also extended to Sportspersons recruited against Sports quota under the Scheme of appointment of meritorious sportspersons.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh hails DoPT for granting mass promotion to over 8,000 government employees in one go, the promotees belong to three key secretariat services</h3>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Dr Jitendra Singh thanked Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for this kind decision and said the secretariat services are an essential tool of governance</h3>



<p class="has-text-align-right">01 JULY 2022</p>



<p>Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) Science &amp; Technology; Minister of State (Independent Charge) Earth Sciences; MoS PMO, Personnel, Public Grievances, Pensions, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr Jitendra Singh today announced the DoPT (Department of Personnel &amp; Training) decision of granting mass promotion to over 8,000 government employees in one go. The promotees belong to three key secretariat services.</p>



<p>Dr Jitendra Singh said the orders for mass promotion of these employees belonging to the Central Secretariat Service (CSS), Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service (CSSS) and Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) have been issued after several rounds of high-level meetings in DoPT chaired by him in the last two-months. The Minister said, even legal experts were consulted widely as some of the orders were subject to the outcome of pending writ petitions.</p>



<p>Dr Jitendra Singh said, it was disheartening to see government employees attaining retirement from service without getting one’s due promotion and thanked Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for this kind decision. Of the total of 8,089 promoted employees, 4,734 are from CSS, 2,966 from CSSS and 389 from CSCS.</p>



<p>Dr Jitendra Singh also met delegations of Central Secretariat officials on several occasions to thrash out the issue, as he considered that these three services – CSS, CSSS and CSCS form the backbone of the central secretariat administrative functioning.</p>



<p>Dr Jitendra Singh also recalled that over three years back, DoPT had carried out mass promotions of nearly 4,000 officials in different departments at different levels, which had been widely hailed. Many of these promotion orders were also issued, subject to the outcome of pending writ petitions, he recalled.</p>



<p>Dr Jitendra Singh said that the secretariat services are an essential tool of governance, since the notes and drafts prepared by them form the bedrock of Government policies as the proposals pass through various stages in the government hierarchy.</p>

<p>The undersigned is directed to invite reference to this Department&#8217;s OM of even number dated 17th May, 2021 conveying revised timelines for completion of APAR process for the year 2020-2021 in respect of Group &#8216;A&#8217;, &#8216;B&#8217; and &#8216;C&#8217; officers of CSS/CSSS/CSCS cadres and the Estt. Division of DoPT&#8217;s o.M. No 21011/02/2015-Estt. (A)-part-II dated 17th June, 2021 vide which the timelines for completion of APAR process for the year 2020-21 for group &#8216;A&#8217;, &#8216;B&#8217; and &#8216;C&#8217; officers of Central Civil Services has been further extended</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list" start="2"><li>Accordingly, in the view of the prevailing covid-19 situation, it has been decided with the approval of competent authority that the timelines for distribution/online generation, recording and completion of entire APAR process for the year 2020-21, shall also be extended further in respect of all Group A, B and C officers/staff of CSS/CSSS/CSCS cadres as specified in the Annexure.</li><li>lt has further been decided that for the APAR year 2020-21, the extended timelines specified ln the Annexure shall also apply to the reporting, reviewing officers who have demitted office or retired from service on or after 29.02.2021. They shall be allowed to record their remarks till the respective extended cut-off dates.</li><li>Further, the decision conveyed vide Estt. Division OM dated 14.06.2021 (copy enclosed) delinking recording and completion of APAR for the year 2020-21 from the conduct of Annual Medical Examination and thereafter submission report by 31.12.2021 may also please be noted for compliance.</li></ol>

<p>Subject: <strong>Collection of vacancies for UD Grade LDCE for the SL Year 2018 to 2020 and abolition of vacant sanctioned posts of SSA in compliance with the cabinet decision &#8211; reg.</strong></p>



<p>The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department&#8217;s OM of even number dated 30.12.2020 vide which the cadre units were requested to promote the JSAs of SL-2010 to 2012 to the grade of SSA on ad-hoc basis against the existing vacancies. It has now been decided (a) to abolish the vacant posts of SSA in compliance with the cabinet decision taken after the recommendation of the 1st cadre review of CSS in the year 2003 and (b) to collect the vacancies for UD Grade LDCE for the SL Year 2018 to 2020.</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list" start="2"><li>The sanctioned strength as on 01.07.2018 forwarded by the cadre units of CSCS is annexed as Annexure-I.</li><li>The cadre units of CSCS are therefore, requested to intimate the year-wise vacancies for UD Grade LDCE for the SL Years 2018 to 2020 and to abolish the vacant posts of SSA in compliance with the cabinet decision taken in the 1st Cadre Review of CSS in the year 2003 as per the format annexed at Annexure-II.</li><li>In case any clarification is required on this issue, Shri Raju Chowdhury, SO may be contacted on phone no. 24625816.</li></ol>

<p>Subject: <strong>Submission of Immovable Property Return (IPR) for the year 2019 (as on 31.12.2019) by the Officers of Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Services (CSSS) &amp; Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) &#8211; regarding.</strong></p>



<p>In terms of Rule 18 of CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964 and instructions issued by this Department vide OM No,11013/7/2014-Estt,A-III dated 05.01.2016, the <a href="https://centralgovernmentnews.com/tag/immovable-property-return/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Immovable Property Return (opens in a new tab)">Immovable Property Return</a> (IPR) is required to be furnished by all the Government Servants belonging to Group-A, B and C. Accordingly, IPR should be submitted by all the CSCS/ CSSS Officials/ Officers latest by 31.01.2020. CSSS Officers in the grade of Principal Private Secretary (PPS) and above should submit their IPR through Web Based Cadre Management System hosted at cscms.nic.in, A copy of the print out of IPR submitted online should also be signed and submitted to CS.II(A) Section, which is the custodian of Immovable Property Return (IPR) of these Officers. Stenographer Grade-13′, Personal Assistants and Private Secretaries of CSSS &amp; Junior Secretariat Assistants and Senior Secretariat Assistants of CSCS will also submit their IPR to their respective Admin./ Vigilance Division.</p>



<p>2. Ministries/ Departments are therefore, requested that the contents of this O.M. may be widely circulated to the notice of all CSCS/ CSSS Officials/ Officers working under their respective control. They should also ensure that the IPR for the year 2019 (as on 31.12.2019) is submitted within the stipulated time by all the CSCS/ CSSS Officials/ Officers. All the officials/officers are informed that non-submission of IPR within the stipulated date, would invite the denial of Vigilance Clearance for Empanelment, Deputation., assignment to training programme (except mandatory training), applying to sensitive posts etc. as the IPR status needs to be checked for the said purpose(s).</p>



<p>3. It is, therefore, requested that all the CSCS/ CSSS Officers may be directed to file their Immovable Property Return (IPR) for the year 2019 (as on 31.12.2.019) well in time, latest by 31.01.2020. IPRs received beyond the stipulated date, shall not be regarded as conforming to the extant guidelines. Filing of IPR has already been started from 01.01.2020 and the “Immovable Property Returns” window has been operative at cscms.nic.in.</p>

<p>Subject:<strong>Introduction of &#8216;SPARROW&#8217; for all the cadre of CSS, CSSS &amp; CSCS- extension of timelines for completion of APAR online on &#8216;SPARROW&#8217; portal for the year 2018-19.</strong></p>



<p>The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that a large number of officers including those belonging to CSS, CSSS and CSCS cadres have been deputed for election duty in the General Election to the Lok Sabha, 2019. Keeping in view the practical difficulties in recording of APAR online as per the target dates as prescribed in this Department&#8217;s O.M. NO.21011/1/2005- Estt.(A)(Pt.lI) dated 23rd July, 2009, through SPARROW portal, this Department has relaxed the prescribed timelines by extending the dates for online generation upto the stage of completion of the entire process of recording APARs on SPARROW portal for all Group &#8216;A&#8217;, &#8216;B&#8217;, and &#8216;C&#8217; officers/officials for the year 2018-19 as a onetime measure vide O.M. No.21011/02/2015-Estt(A-II)-Part II dated 18.04.2019. (Copy enclosed).</p>



<p>A doubt has been expressed by some quarters as to whether the Estt. Division O.M. dated 18.04.2019 as mentioned above will also be applicable in respect of officers/officials belonging to CSS/CSSS/CSCS cadres. It is clarified that timelines extended vide O. M. dated 18.04.2019 will equally be applicable to  officers/officials belonging to CSS/CSSS/CSCS for completing activities on SPARROW.</p>

<p>Subject: <strong>Introduction of SPARROW for CSCS Officials.</strong></p>



<p>The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No. 22- 15/2018-CS-I (APAR) dated 1st June, 2018 wherein it was decided to extend the online recording of APAR on SPARROW to all the officials of CSCS from the FY 2018-2019.</p>



<p>2. NIC has informed that the website enabling online filing of APAR for CSCS officials has been made live and is accessible through https://sparrow-cscs.eoffice.gov.in/</p>



<p>3. The Ministries/Departments are required to send details in respect of officers to be reported upon (ORU) in the proforma annexed if not already sent to this Similarly, particulars in respect of various functionaries to perform roles of the custodian, PAR Manager, EMD may also be provided.</p>



<p>4. It may be ensured that all the ORUs have either been provided DSC or e‑sign facility for submission of online APAR on SPARROW.</p>

<p>Subject: <strong>Web Based Cadre Management System-Updation of data of CSS officers/officials in the Grade of SO/ASO.</strong></p>
<p>The undersigned is directed to refer to this Division&#8217;s OM of even number dated 02.08.2017, on the above cited subject matter and to bring to the kind notice of all the Ministries/Departments, that the prime objective of the Web Based Cadre Management System hosted at cscms.nic.in. in respect of all incumbents of CSS, CSSS and CSCS is to ensure accurate real time data of all the officers, enabling this office to take timely decisions relating to cadre management functions. Despite the requests/instructions in this regard, issued from time to time, to the Nodal Officers, vide several OM/reminders, the complete and upto date data is still not available in the system, in respect of several Ministries and Departments. It is therefore, reiterated that until the data is maintained upto date, by the respective Ministries/Departments, the very purpose of the Web Based Cadre Management System is defeated. If need be, the Nodal officers may depute their subordinates to CS.I Division (Shri H.M.Malhotra, Section Officer {CMS/PR} Tel.No:24629414) to clear their doubts, if any, about the functioning of this system/correctness of data in the CSCMS.</p>
<p>2. It may kindly be brought to the notice of all the CSS Officers that active co·operation in this regard, is required from all the CSS officials to ensure the updation/correctness of data in the CSCMS, as the absence of such upto date data in the ibid System, may hinder the process of promotion of the officers/officials. It may also be advised that it is also the responsibility of the CSS officer/individual to get his/her data updated and fed in the ibid System.</p>
<p>3. The Ministries/Departments are therefore, once again requested to take up immediate necessary steps for updation of data in respect of SOs/ASOs of CSS Cadre in CSCMS (Web Based Cadre Management System) as per the&#8217; proforma/format enclosed. The concerned Officials may also be sensitized to get their data updated in the System.</p>
<p>4. This exercise may kindly be got completed by 31st August 2017.</p>

As you are aware, this Department has been issuing instructions from time to time for regular updation of data of Central Secretariat Service Officers in the Web Based Cadre Management System. These instructions are available on the website of this Department at the link &#8211; http://persmin .nic.in/DOPT CSDivision.Index.asp under the classification &#8211; &#8216;Web Based Cadre Management&#8217;. I am enclosing a copy of<br />
one such OM issued in December, 2015 for perusal , wherein the Nodal Officers in the departments were requested to do the needful to ensure that complete data is made available.</p>
<p>2. As you are further aware, a dashboard for CSS officers is to be operationalised , which will display the incumbency position in various departments, along with the service particulars/ vigilance status/ APARs entries of the incumbent CSS Officers. This Department has accordingly requested the Ministries/ Departments on 19.08.2016, 05.10.2016 and 21.10.2016 to provide the incumbency position/names of CSS Officers and the status of updation of data. I am enclosing a copy of the said OM dated 19.08.2016 as well.</p>
<p>3. It is noted that despite requests , the Nodal Officers have not followed the instructions issued from time to time. It is, therefore, requested that necessary directions may be issued to the concerned officials so that the task is completed in a time bound manner.<br />

<p>Subject: <strong>Web Based Cadre Management System &#8211; updation of data of CSS/CSSS/CSCS officers</strong></p>
<p>As Ministries/Departments are aware, the Web Based Cadre Management System for CSS, CSSS and CSCS has been operational since January, 2013. The system is hosted at cscms.nic.iu. Despite lapse of more than two years, complete and upto date data is still not available in the system in respect of several officers. The prime objective of the web based system is to ensure accurate real time data of all the officers to enable quicker decisions relating to cadre management functions. Unless the data is maintained upto date, the purpose of the web based system will be defeated.</p>
<p>2. Nodal Officers in all the Ministries/Departments are, therefore, requested as under:</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<blockquote><p>(a) <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Employee module:</span></strong> Nodal officers should ensure that correct and up to date personal information in respect of all personnel posted there is available. Nodal officers have been empowered to modify/correct (i) Employee details (ii) Basis Details (iii) Address details (iv) Training details and (v) qualification details. All the officers belonging to CSS/CSSS/CSCS may also be advised to verify their data in the system and bring discrepancies to the notice of the nodal officers for correction. If there is any difficulty in this regard, nodal officers should call CMC Ltd. Engineers at Tele: 24629890.<br />
(b) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Experience and Promotion data:</strong></span> CS.I Division will modify data in these two fields. If any modification is required duly certified information may be sent to CS Division for correction.</p>
<p>(c) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Pay:</strong> </span>Please ensure that pay of the officer is correctly indicated in the system. After drawl of increment on 151 July every year the data should be corrected.</p>
<p>(d) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>APAR</strong></span>: Ensure that APAR grading is entered in the system and the APAR is scanned and uploaded in the system. If there is any difficulty in this regard, please call the CMC Ltd. Engineers at Tele: 24629890.</p>
<p>(e) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>IPR and Lokpal return</strong></span>: All the officers of CSS/CSSS/CSCS are requested to file their returns online. It may be noted that defaulting officers will not be granted cadre clearance for deputation, foreign training, empanelment etc.</p>
<p>(f) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Deputation:</strong></span> Ensure that all Officers apply for cadre clearance through the system. If any application is received in CS.l Division without online application it will not be entertained. Prior to forwarding application online, nodal officers should also ensure that correct and up to date information of the officer concerned is available in the system.</p>
<p>(g) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Foreign Training</strong></span>: All nominations for foreign training should be processed through the web based cadre management system in respect of all Officers. Their reliving for the training will also be updated in the system to capture the details of foreign trainings attended. If the training period is more than three months, the nodal officers will forward the online request to CS.I Division for cadre clearance in respect of US and above level officers.</p>
<p>(h) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Domestic Training:</strong></span> All nominations for domestic training should be processed through the web based cadre management system in respect of all officers. If the training period is exceeding one year, the nodal officers will forward the online request to CS.I Division for further processing in respect of US and above level officers.</p>
<p>(i) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Permission to visit a broad</strong></span>: All requests for private foreign visits should be processed through the web based cadre management system to capture such information.</p>
<p>j) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Furnishing of information of death of an employee:</strong></span> In case of death of an employee, the nodal officer of the Ministry/Department concerned will henceforth immediately update the information in the web based system to enable capture of the vacancy to facilitate provision of a substitute.</p>
<p>(k) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Furnishing of information of long leave of an employee</strong></span>: If any employee proceeds on leave for six months or more, the nodal officer concerned should update the information in the web based system<br />
immediately to capture the vacancy to facilitate provision of a substitute.</p>
<p>(I) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Voluntary Retirement</strong></span>: CS.I Division conveys approval of MoS (PP) for voluntary retirement of US and above level officers of CSS. Henceforth, if the request for voluntary retirement is not received through the system, the same will not be entertained.</p>
<p>(m) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Resignation</strong></span>: Resignation requests from employees should be obtained and processed in the web based system so that such vacancies are brought to the notice of the cadre controlling authority immediately.</p>
<p>(n) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Technical resignation</strong></span>: Requests for technical resignation to Join another employment under the Government should also be obtained and processed in the web based cadre management system.</p>
<p>(0) <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Vigilance status:</strong></span> Vigilance clearance whenever required in connection with cadre management activities will be sought and obtained through the system. In respect of US and above level officer it will be updated both by the Ministries/Department and by A VD.I of DoP&amp;T. Upto SO level, Ministries/Departments will update the system.</p></blockquote>

<p>3. This circular may be brought to the notice of all CSS Officers for their information and active cooperation to ensure correctness of data.</p>
<p>4. Nodal officers may also depute their subordinates to CS.I Division to clear doubts if any about the functioning of the system.</p>

<p>Subject: <strong>Zone of consideration for inclusion in the Select List of Sr. Secretariat Assistants of CSCS for the Select List -2015 against Seniority Quota-reg.</strong></p>
<p>The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department&#8217;s OM of even number dated<br />
17th June, 2016 vide which the zone for the Select List Year- 2015 in the grade of Senior Secretariat Assistant was issued. Directions were also issued to the all the cadre units to abolish all the vacant posts after conducting DPC for SL-2015(SQ) and leaving slots(1/3 of SQ) for UD Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination Quota for the year 2015 in the grade of SSA. Four reminders dated 5th July, 2016, 19th July, 2016, 29th July, 2016 and 12th August, 2016 have already been issued in this regard but only 11 cadre units have forwarded the full information till date. The status of pending information from the cadre units till date is annexed.<br />
2. The cadre units are once again requested to send the requisite information latest by 16th September, 2016, positively to enable this Division to finalize SL-2015.<br />
3. It may please be noted that SSC vide letter number 318/2015-P&amp;P-11 dated 16th<br />
August, 2016 (copy enclosed) has requested this Division to intimate the vacancies for LDCE-2015 latest by 22.08.2016. This Division could not intimate the same due to non submission of vacancies for SL-2015 by the concerned cadre units. SSC will not be able to publish the result for the examination unless vacancies are reported by DOPT, which can be done only on receiving vacancies from all the cadre units. This may be treated as final reminder falling which the concerned officials will be called in DOPT for a meeting to furnish the reason of delay and the matter will be brought to the notice of higher authorities.</p>
