Sub: Introduction of 100% Objective Paper for promotional examination to expedite and simplify examination process- reiteration of instructions reg.

Attention is invited to Board’s letter of even number dated 14.12.2018 (RBE No.196/2018) vide which instruction for introduction of 100% objective paper for promotional examination have been issued to expedite and simplify examination process. This inter-alia provides that a large Question Bank may be created from which the question can be selected randomly for conducting Computer Based Test.

During the separate meeting of PNM/NFIR held on 21.02.2022 and 22.02.2022, NFIR requested that instructions contained in the aforesaid letter may be reiterated.

Accordingly, the instructions contained in the aforesaid letter are being reiterated for strict compliance.

Sub: KVS Advertisement No. 13 publsihed in various Newspapers on 20-12-2017 and Advertisement No. 10 Published in Employment News dated 23-29 May 2015 for filing-up of vacancies of Officers Cadres, Librarian and Non-Teaching Posts in Kendriya Vidalaya Sangathan (KVS) – Conduct of Computer Based Online Examination from 19th to 23rd February and 26th February, 2018 – Details of Facilitation Centres – regarding.

With reference to KVS Notice dated 01st February 2018 published in KVS website, the Computer Based Test (CBT) has been scheduled to be held from 19th to 23rd February 2018 and 26th February, 2018 as per the following schedule:

The e-admit cards to the candidates have already been made available/go-live in their respective registered e-mail IDs for the said posts. In addition, the facility for downloading the e-admit card has also been made available on KVS website.

However, in-case of any admit card related issues/query; the candidate may personally visit the Facilitation Centre, One day before the conduct of examination along with 2 passport size photographs and related documentary evidence for redressal of their grievances/queries, subject to receipt of application through online mode. Please note that no request for change in examination date/examination centre shall be entertained under any circumstances.
