OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Continuous Empanelment Scheme 2022 for empanelment of private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under CGHS.

With reference to the above subject, attention is drawn to Office Memorandum No S-110045/36/ 2012 dated the 26th December, 2017 vide which orders for continuous empanelment scheme were issued. In this regard the undersigned is directed to state that the Ministry has reviewed the Application form along with the Draft for Memorandum of Agreement(MoA) and revised the same.

The revised Application Form for Continuous Empanelment Scheme 2022 along with revised MoA are enclosed. CGHS package rates as prevalent and as revised from time to time shall be applicable. Private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) seeking empanelment under CGHS Cities can apply to the Additional Director, CGHS of concerned City in this regard. The empanelment shall be for a period of two years.

The HCOs already on CGHS panel shall submit their Letter of acceptance for the revised MOA within 15 days of issue of this OM to the Additional Director of concerned City for continuation on CGHS panel for another two years i.e., till 30th September 2024, failing which it shall be deemed that they are not interested in continuation under CGHS and shall be removed from CGHS panel. They shall sign new revised MOA and submit Valid Performance Guarantee (for 30 months) within 3 months of issue of this OM.
