Central Railway Mission:

Central Railway Officers’ Association as an organization undertakes various activities for improving the professional and personal lives of member officers.  Regular meetings and interactive sessions are generally held every month, where issues and policy matters affecting officers are deliberated upon. Retiring officers are also felicitated by CROA during these monthly meetings. Such interactive sessions   encourage healthy interaction and add to goodwill and camaraderie among member officers.CROA has decided to hold special session and seminar for the benefit of the officers at large.This includes  Two days multipurpose medical camp in month of Jan 2012 and interactive seminar on financial investment and Tax Planning etc.

CROA also plays an active role in voicing the concerns of member officers   regarding issues of common interest and approaching apex management to provide redressal. Besides the above, CROA also formally interacts with management for redressal of officers’ grievances, which are duly examined and resolved.

In addition other activities, every year, CROA organizes Annual Sports Meet.  Annual Sports Meet, has always been appreciated for providing an apt platform for officers and their families to interact with each other and take a break from the   daily grind.

On behalf of CROA, I welcome all the members participating in the Sports Meet being held from 5th to 7th April-2012 and thanks every individual who is directly or indirectly contributing in organizing the Sports Meet this year.I would like to express my sincere thanks to our Hon’able General Manager, Chief Patron of CROA,Shri Subodh Jain for his valuable suggestions time to time including starting of executive medical check-up for Officers and their family on every saturday. I would also like to express our sincere thanks to Shri M.K.Gupta, our President who is motivating and guiding us.
