For those who performed 2 day strike will get the amount as follows:

7000*11=77000
7000/31*29=6548
(77000+6548=83548)

Total 83548/12=6962

6962 * 60 /30.4=13740.78

For GDS, who performed 2 day and 4 day strike will get the amount as follows:

10*7000=70000
7000/31*29=6548
7000/31*27=6097

70000+6548+6097=82645
82645/12=6887

6887*60/30.4=13593
