An Accountant joins service on 10 February 2016., As per RR, promotion to Sr. Accountant from Jr. Accountant there should be 3 years of continuous qualifying service, that means he will complete 3 years on 9 feb 2019.
According to this order, will he get promotion w.e.f. 01.01.2019 or 9.02.2019?
