I am promoted Technician ‘D’ to Technician ‘F’ as GP 2800 to GP 4200 in July 2018 but I am not getting benefits on salary basic pay fixation difference of Rs. 1400 X 2.57 fitment factor = Rs. 3598 in current basis pay after promotion. But employee who had promoted July 2016 will get this difference Rs. 3598.

As per guideline Promotion will given after average 4 to 5 year, so in this particular grade 2800 to 4200 having big loss.

My request is kindly raise the above subject to DOPT or pay commission committee and resolve this issue. This will be beneficial for employee.
