The SPARSH portal does not open outside India. I am a Defence Civilian Pensioner living overseas and cannot open the portal. If the portal is not for NRIs, they why they have been migrated to SPARSH.
2. My relative tried to login to my account, but it says to use the portal one has to enter Aadhaar Number. As NRIs are not eligible to register for Aadhaar, then how can NRIs use the portal and update their mobile numbers and other details.
3. I sent my Life certificate by Email at the address provided for NRIs. I did not receive the confirmation. But I received more than 50 autogenerated emails from SPARSH asking me to submit the same.
4. I am receiving the pension payment from SPARSH since Nov 2022. But no TDS has been deducted.
The SPARSH should look into above difficulties faced by NRIs.
