KVS is totally in a mess. As of today with court cases on transfers . As KVS is not following its own transfer policy . I don’t understand why do they not follow a uniform policy where in all teachers to be transferred after completing 5 years tenure with only one exception that those who are close to retirement will not be transferred if they don’t want to or give their choice station

In the above case KVS is behaving in a dictatorial manner in not considering MACP benefit for KVS teaching staff.
All state govt. are providing MACP and even better growth opportunities for teachers . Space ministry’s has accepted MACP for its teachers.
It is only KVS which is adamant on not giving MACP to its teaching staff.
Hence you can see that KVS teacher’s standard is going down day by day .
With all india transfer, no CGHS cover or any other medical insurance, No promotion opportunities and no MACP
Teachers once recruited start looking for State level schools and lectures post and hence new generation does not take teaching seriously as they feel this is just a stop gap arrangement.
Unless KVS thinks positively for its teaching staff which is the back none of the organisation the institution is going from bad to worst.
