Sir,
I have completed 26 yrs of qualifying service. On completion of 20 yrs qualifying service, I have been granted MACP2 in the GP of Rs. 2800/-. As I was already drawing pay scale of Rs. 4000-100-6000 in pre-revised pay scale on grant of ACP1, 2nd MACP granted to me in the GP of Rs. 2800/- is against the basic policy of ACP. We including 95 UDCs have therefore filed Writ Petition before Hon'ble HC of Delhi seeking MACP in promotional heirarchy with GP 4200/-. The injustice done to the lower level of employees should be brought to the notice of Hon'ble Court by filing Writ Petition. I request personnel to raise their voice. —- Thanks

Sir, I am going to complete 15 years of service as a stenographer Grade D and still there is no scope of promotion for further 3 to 4 years. I had been given Grade pay 2800 under new MACP scheme after completion of ten year of service as steno grade D instead of promotional hierarchy of Rs. 4600, thus created huge monetary loss for me. Sir, prior to my batch i.e. 1995 had been given promotional hierarchy grade pay and pay scale under old ACP scheme are enjoying huge salary with grade pay of Rs, 4600. Sir, it is huge injustice with low paid employees. Kindly do something and implement the news MACP scheme on promotional hierarchy just like that was given in the past prior to sixth CPC. Hoping for Justice.
