I have joined in EPFO on 13-08-2014 under 2400 GP.
Further i was upgraded in 13-08-2018 for 2800 GP.
Will i eligible for MACP benefit from 13-08-2024 for 4200 GP?

i joined as SSE/C&W in 2006 through RRB(DRQ) and afterword’s i wrote again RRB(DRQ) through proper channel and taken NOC from Sr.DPO and got SSE/TELE in 2009 but my first MACP is considered from 2020.
hence, i request to you to clarify me, shall i get my first MACP from 2006 or 2020?

Pay fixed as per 4th pay commission 1986 was 950-1400

Pay fixed as per 5th pay commission 1996 was 3050-4590

Granted 1 ACP wef 09.08.1999 was 4000-100-6000

Granted 2nd ACP wef 25 Feb 2008 was 5000-800 with Grade pay 4200/- as per sixth pay commission
(i.e 9300-34800+4200 )

My 3rd MACP which was due on 25 Feb 2014, not received till date and I am retired on 31 March 2021 as FGM ( SK).

On account of two transfer from one command to another command on medical ground I have lost my seniority And not promoted to next higher post and retired on 31 March 2021.

So, please advise me how to avail my third MACP in the same leave (i.e level -6) with one increment or 4600 Grade pay on completion of 37 year of service As there is no provision to provide 4600 grade pay which was allowed upto 31 Dec 2005 as per Ministry of defence order and I have completed 24 years on 25 Feb 2008.
