Kendriya Vidyalayas admin warns employees against lobbying for awards
New Delhi: The administration of central government-run Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) schools has warned all employees against bringing pressure through VIPs for granting incentive award or national award to them.
In a circular put on its website, the KV administration has told its employees that henceforth applications regarding awards, if received through VIP references, will not be considered.
It said keeping in view this kind of “misconduct”, the persons concerned will be barred from applying for the award for three years.
This is the second time this month that the KV administration has issued a circular against the tendency of employees to seek recommendations of VIPs.
Earlier this month, it had put out a circular asking them not to seek transfers by bringing “outside pressure” through VIP recommendations.
