Now the dept is offering promotion wef 10 July 20 that is also on completion of 10yrs. But the fixation on promotion will be lesser than the MACP. Hence I am requesting for II MACP first and then promotion on the functional basis which will be beneficial. Date of MACP AND promotion falls on the same day on completion of 10yrs. Please clarify.
