In training allowance will not be given in maternity leave, if they have given it will be recovered. More over maternity leave cannot be sanctioned for one month, if it abortion leave it can be given 45 days.

She didn’t joined the new place of posting during maternity leave. She should get the salary including the training allowance for the rest five months of maternity leave period.
