TO GET GOVERNMENT PENSION AFTER TRANSFERING HIS SERVICE RENDEDRD FROM THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYER TO THE PRESENT EMPLOYER OR CURRENT EMPLOYER , PROVIDED HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN APPLIED THE POST THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL OF THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYER. IF HE NOT APPLLED THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL IE IF HE APPLIED THE POST DIRECTLY HE WILL NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CCS CCA PENSION RULES 1972. I will search and send a g.o.i order. Copy

If yes, have any memorandum issued by GOI?

I have been resigned from the past service since 30th November 2010 and continued as a central gov. Servant in new post.
