AN.XIV/14164/7thcpc/corr/vol-II dated 18/10/2017 my pay is fixed from the date of MACP with only one increment which seems to be incorrect as the cgda order was only in case of promotion but the order is implemented also in MACP
So please clarify whether MACP is treated as promotion
And whether I can opt my pay fixation wef 01/07/2016 and which DOPT order is applicable to me please provide me the copy of the order under which I can opt for pay fixation wef 01 07 2016.
