After 7 cpc, pre-2016 pensioners were given fitment factor of 2.57. The 7th CPC had recommended fitment fator of 2. 67 for Brigadiers as against the normal FF of 2. 57. My doubt is whether pre-2016 pensioners (Brigadiers) were allowed FF of 2.67 or 2.57 for calculating revised pension.

I, Sujoy Das, got retire from “Indian Air Force” on 31/03/2006 and after that I have joined Directorate Of Census Operation comes under ministry of home in central govt. department through Staff Selection Commission where i have served for the period of 15 years and finally I got superannuated on 31/01/2025. if any medicine is not in generic branded and essential medicine list of and doctor treating the patinet has perscribed the medicine which Medical store does not have, whether payment of such medicine is reimbursible to the patient or not. If so what will be the procedure.

Subject: Request to Revise OBC Non-Creamy Layer Income Limit
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a private sector employee from the OBC category, writing to request an upward revision of the ₹8 lakh income limit for Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) eligibility, which has remained unchanged since 2017.

Due to inflation and rising living costs, many genuine OBC families are now excluded from NCL benefits, despite not being economically advanced. This is particularly unfair to private employees, who do not enjoy post-based exemptions like government servants.

I kindly urge you to consider revising the limit to reflect current economic realities and ensure fair access to reservation benefits.

CONDITION OF DEPENDANCY ,
1. INCOME CRITERIA IS GIVEN , BUT IF PARENTS ARE HAVING SOME FIXED DEPOSITS , BUT EARNING FROM ALL SOURCES INCLUDING INTREST FROM F.D. ARE BELOW THRESHOLD ,
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF F.D. WHETHER IT IS EARNING OR ASSET .(DEPARMENT DEALING ASST SAYS SPEND THESE F.D. YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
2. IT SAYS NORMALLY RESIDING WITH EMPLOYEE ,WORD NORMALLY NEEDS CLARIFICATION .
PL. NOTE THAT IN INDIA PARENTS NORMALLY DONT RESIDE WITH DAUGHTERS AFTER MARRIAGE .
A. PARENTS MAY BE A HAVING A SEPRATE HOUSE EVEN BEFORE HER EMPLOYMENT.
