The state government determines which days are designated as bank holidays. State government holidays are largely identical to those granted by the Department of Personnel and Training for the central government. Every year in June, the central government’s holiday schedule is scheduled to be revealed. Bank Holiday List 2023 will be declared under the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 by the Reserve Bank of India.
