Mine is also similar case.
I have joined an autonomous body in june 2015, my last pay certificate from central govt says my date of increment as 1st july 2015. the same has been denied to me as i have not completed 6 months in autonomous body.
Is it possible for me to claim a increment on 1st jan 2016 as per 7th CPC.
Pl advise.
