Changes are expected in 7th CPC on House Building Advance…

1. Eligibility Service should be revised

2. Amount of Advance should be increased

3. HBA calculation should be on Basic pay(Pay in the band + Grade Pay)

4. 34 times and 80% are not sufficient

5. Conditions of repaying capacity should be revised.

6. Rate of Interest should be decreased

7. Second Mortgage rules to be relaxed
