But in sixth cpc when implemented, after pay band four on wards nowhere the factor of 1.86 is seen. This it self is a great anomaly. Uniform system is not followed. Hence all sort of anomalies are arisen. It is a total injustice to the lower pay band staff who are the back bone of the central government. Even Bengal government has adopted some remedial measures by creating 4[A] and 4[B] bands to soothe the feelings of s-21 to s-23 grade officers.
