The DA on 1/1 & 1/7 is calculated on previous 12 months average & not previous 06 months average of CPI IW indicated in the above website. The CPI IW for May 2019 is 314. June 2019 CPI IW is awaited & is due on 31/7/2018. In case CPI IW for June 2019 is 314 & above then DA wef 1/7/2019 is 5 percent from 12 to 17 of 12 months average.
